Check-in between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest. We welcome guests in person; the apartment is handed over once the required details have been recorded.
Only the guests named in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Please use the apartment's furnishings as intended. In the event of a problem or malfunction, please notify the host without delay.
Please respect the quiet of other guests between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; loud activity is not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas (terrace, yard).
Pets may not be brought to the accommodation.
Guests use the pool at their own risk. Please use it as intended and keep the pool area clean. Children may use the pool only under adult supervision.
The grill and cauldron area is used by each guest at their own risk. Guests are responsible for providing the necessary fuel (wood, charcoal, etc.). If you need assistance or further information, please contact the host.
For stays longer than one week we provide a mandatory cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels. Please keep the apartment and the shared areas clean.
Guests are financially liable for any damage they cause. The host accepts no liability for valuables left in the apartment, but we do everything possible to ensure your security.
Please report the loss of the keys immediately. The cost of replacement is borne by the guest.
Please lock the doors and windows when leaving. Please do not leave electrical appliances (e.g. air conditioning, lighting) switched on unnecessarily.
Parking is only permitted in the designated areas.
External visitors may only be received with the host's prior permission.
Garden hammocks, seating and other garden equipment may only be used as intended. Guests are financially liable for any damage resulting from improper use or negligence.
